Thinking of running this for the next Standard tournament in my area.
Any ideas?

#2

You can have my list that I had tried to make work if you want. I will post when I get out of school.

#3

I don’t like mystery energy in the deck. The risks of special energy do not outweigh the small rewards of wob retreating.

#4

But you only have 4 attackers, so why not 2 or a sacred ash in addition?
EDIT: damn

#5

This made my day
:joy:

This is not very good, but it is how far I had gotten when I had given up.

#6

Without running special energy I find 2 super rod is great in this deck and allows you to cut down to 7 energy. At least when I played it during cities (pre breakpoint)

#7

There is no excuse to be running only 3 D-valley.
Play more then 1 Brigette.
Up the Crobat or Golbat count by 1
You need more then 1 super rod/Sacred ASH.
Cut some of your 4 birch and 2 Shauna

#8

Changes to my list:
-1 Level Ball
-1 Super Rod
-2 Mystery Energy
+2 Brigette
+2 Psychic Energy

#9

I kind of like Unowns in my WobBats lists. Wobbuffet doesn’t block Psychic type abilities, so the Unowns help with draw power since the deck is prone to having hands clogged with bats and useless items.

#10

-2 Psychic
-2 PBO
-1 Shauna
+1 Judge
+1 Super Rod
+1 Super Scoop Up
+1 D Valley
+1 Eco Arm

When you Judge people into 4 they might draw into ultra ball to get a shaymin or a shaymin with Wobbs active if they don’t have a Lysandre or draw supporter they are most likely going to dead draw allowing you to set up for a few turns unless they get lucky and top deck sycamore. With Eco arm, you are getting 10 B Balloons because you run 2 So if they just pass, you can Eco arm them back.

Pokemon:
4 Wobbuffet PHF
4 Zubat PHF
4 Golbat PHF
3 Crobat PHF
1 Shaymin Ex
=16
Trainers:
4 Professor Sycamore
1 Judge
4 Trainers Mail
1 AZ
1 Xerosic
1 Lysandre
4 Bursting Balloon
4 Vs Seeker
3 Ultra Ball
1 Lysandre
2 Repeat Ball
4 Super Scoop Up
2 Head Ringer
1 Super Rod
4 Dimension Valley
1 Eco Arm
=37
Energy:
5 Psychic
2 Mystery

This is my new list just added the trainers mail as I was dead drawing some. I never used two super rod’s so I dropped one same with two Eco Arm’s. Added a Shaymn because when I don’t have Wobo active its too good notto have one in the deck. I run 2 mystery energy now to help if you start Zubat or need to retreat Wobo.

#12

Also thought about testing with FFB on Wobo.

#13

Why only 3 Crobat? Why a Shaymin?

#14

You rarely ever use the 4th Crobat. It’s also hard to do so since you will almost always be forced to discard a piece of a bat line early game.

#15

4 crobat is clunky. 1 Shaymin is for t1 consistency. It multiplies your options in the first turn especially with a bad start.

#16

Ok. Maybe fit in more Mystery Energies for free retreat on Wobbos.

#17

And suddenly I feel this deck is a lot better with n in the format.

#18

Yes and no, bursting balloon is really bad imo. Use ffb.

#23

But then you would have to play spirit links and such. If you do that, just make it focused around Kazam. Even then, that deck isn’t very strong either.

#25

For the same reason WB didn’t work already?

Also you lose hard vs NM if you play kazam
